From this month Gorton Mill Cafe, close to the canal path (yellow brick road) on Abbey Hey Lane, is now open every day from 9am to 4pm.

It is part of the recent residential development, Gorton Mill House, which has been built on the site of historic Gorton Mill. Please click here to see a report of the excavation of Gorton Mill carried out by Salford University in 2019, prior to the construction of this residential complex.
